whats the longest you have been without a tv

Lets see counting today................ never.

 

A couple of months as our ginormous philips one day decided it could not be seen by us any longer, until my mom caved in and decided to buy a little Siemens to deal with our post Television depression that just would not go away.

 

the longest time without a TV has been 3yrs, but I have a computer to watch stuff on so it's kinda cheating

 

We did go as long as nine months, we just used the radio for news and stuff. But I was the weak, I enjoy tv and an addicted gamer so I need the screen!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the country went digital and freeview can be limited we did get freesat, refuse to pay for sky etc. Freesat at least adds a few more channels, news, music and horror channel which is worth a watch.

Though if it were left top the wife we'd have no tv, but as I say I need the screen for my games.

 

erm, apart from travelling and holidays and stuff, i've never lived anywhere without a TV

 

About 6 years, I guess. I don't miss it at all.

 

All of most of the 70's. I have one now that is probably on too much whether I am watching it or not. My cat was watching it the other day.

 

I own a TV but I do not have cable, basic or pay.. I have never paid for cable. TV is used for dvds, netflix and video games.

 

hmm thats a toughie... Never really thought about it but there has been tv pretty much everywhere i go. So mabey a couple weeks or so when i went camping as a kid? Lol.
Damn i must be a tv and movie expert by now i should play more tv trivia or something id own i bet.
