A video worth watching. A young man takes biblical scripture and explains how the bible and god are not against homosexuality.

That was beautiful, and a massive eye opener.

To bad that now I am seriously conflicted...
I am bisexual, and some of the points he made really limit me in expressing that bisexuality...

if you believe in a book that was written some 2000 years ago by MEN, if you take what some person living 500-2000 years ago thought of different sexual behaviors that he might or might not have had any experience with himself as truth valid today about you, without trusting your own BODY and instincts then you are an idiot.

Why would the bible have to do anything with how I live my sexuality.

Adopt the view that "poor is the man whose pleasures depend on the permission of the others", and simply focus on your real life.

The world has a good number of excellent biblical scholars. They do their jobs. You do yours.

Ok. let me rephrase it then. if you trust in any book or any other person who may or may not have experienced what you have more than you trust your own body and instincts, then you are an idiot.

I could get nitpicky - but that wording works rather well in the context of sexuality. :2thumbsup:
