The idea you look feminine is nonsense. We are all being brainwashed by the media, pornography etc into accepting only one look as 'masculine'.
However, from the perspective of attracting women, apart from how you approach them, I'll suggest something that may sound strange but I assure you will work. Have your eyelashed dies a darger colour and see what happens. This can be done in gradual stages so that people you know don't get a shock. Anyhow, what have you got to loose?

Bro, I am a male, not a female. I hear ya, and it was a honest question, and you threw yourself out there for critique. I can respect that, and being 20yr old you may listen a lil' bit better. I will offer a few things, and you can take it or leave it. You dont appear to be gay but more phrail, and breakable. Females for the most part like confindence IMO, and a bit of class and style. 1st - Join a gym bro w/ tanning bed, as you are really pale.
2nd- Got grocery store and buy lost of meat and potatoes LOTS!
3rd- Go to a Barber shop that is ran by Puerto Ricans or Brothers, no exceptions, and they will respect you for coming in. Aks for a 'Bald Fade' or 'Skin Fade'. You will look Military now, and the shorter hair will give your body a bigger appearence.
4th-Walk around like you have a 12" penis. Not cocky or arrogant, but proud, and never dorky.

Hi, as a very good looking, smart and sexy woman - I completely disagree with practically everything that is suggested right here, ESPECIALLY the tanning bed and haircut. I have worked with "those" types of men, and yes they do have women who like them, but women such as myself really do not. So if your natural style is how you look in the photos, then keep it because some women prefer that look - Just look at Kate Moss, for example.

However I really do agree with the walking bit. Not sure about the 12 inch penis part - the guys who exaggerate their walk like that are pretty transparent. But I can completely become attracted to a guy or lose attraction to him, according on how he walks. The worst thing to do is slouch / slump and shuffle. Stand up and walk with an air of confidence.

And as for your question - yes, you are actually quite good looking. Not that it REALLY matters, women go for attitude much MUCH more than looks. You don't have to be outgoing to be confident..Just have to have things in your life that inspire you and you know you are good at - women love men with a passion..it is probably our biggest turn on.
