When it comes down to rivalries... NFC-north without a doubt i'd say... NFC-west is looking pretty tough this year.. but i really think the cards are kind of on a fluke run... AFC-north with Steelers and Ravens.. two of the best Ds in the NFL.. makes for a really tough league as well
obviously i like nfc north cuz my team is the lions. i alwayz like the steelers/ravens rivalry too. but i think nfc east has some good rivalries, so does the afc west.
let me explain. they're not good enough to win their division. other teams in the wild card hunt are better than them, and also a couple games ahead. so they're better than their record indicates, but not better than the better teams in their conference
vikings- vikqueens packer joke my bad the pack will be lucky if we make it to even wild card cedric benson is out for about 8 weeks and we got a couple more injuries im still trying to figure out. right now its time for them to sit down and take a good look at how they are playing
Luck was looking really good in the 2nd half.. Not gonna lie.. gotta give credit where credit is due... that pass to wayne in the 4th quarter where he stepped up in the pocket to aviod being sacked by the two gb tackles.. was beautiful
UPDATE: here is the potential list of halftime acts for the next superbowl. some of you,, are probly gonna scream. yes,, it all sucks http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap10...bowl-halftime-show?module=HP11_content_stream
^saw the 2nd half, it was awesome. my first team is det cuz that's where im originally from. but as a kid i used to love denver too. so it's kinda cool that i can see that team NOW in the season truly contending and going somewhere big. kinda like when brett favre played for the vikings in his first season. manning needs another superbowl. BUT did you read the potential sb acts? THEY ARE THINKING OF JUSTIN BIEBER!! i aint lying.
The last decent sb halftime show I remember was ZZ top. That was the last one I watched. Edit: Super Bowl 31. James Brown, ZZ Top, and The Blues Brothers. Edit II: looking at the list, it seems I've missed out on a few good artists at halftime since I quit watching it. Tom Petty, the Stones, and the Who. I think I remember seeing the Who but I was smashed that game.
well the pack just tore up the texans i hope thant our offense is back to where we were last season, but aaron rodgers threw for 6 TDs clay mathews had a couple of sacks picked off matt schaub 2 and tj yates 1 so we had a good game hopefully our d can keep it going and we may finally be back together
I'm not a fan. Glad you enjoyed it though. I tend to either party at half time or watch the Lingerie Bowl.
So long as it's not too much sex appeal.. like in Janet Jackson's case.. though I wouldn't mind a Gwen nipple slip
so for all the lions fans,, did you guyz see that game in chicago mon. night? WTF is w/ the special teams man!! im about ready to give up on them. at least the tigers are in the world series
face it.. Lions just blow.. they had their chance in the 90s when Sanders was carrying the whole team down field.. didn't matter what the play was.. just hand it to Barry and watch him smoke defenders and take in in for the 6... Still trying to remember how Gus Frerotte got them to the playoffs???.... Look at your past QBs too.. Batch.. Harrington.. Kitna.. It's just not meant to be... I guess i shouldn't be talking.. at least you have 4 championships... though the last one was in 1957...
^probly aint i dont know. and it was wayne fontes that got them to the playoffs all the time. they fired him cuz they said that it was either superbowl or your done. ever since then they really sucked ass^
