Nick Clegg, the Welsh Prime Minister, afraid to make factually accurate statement:

according to the article, he called opponents of gay marriage bigots, not gays. also, that he's the deputy prime minister.

 

He's the deputy Prime Minister of England, but the full Prime Minister of Wales. I think he's also a Scottish Laird. And yes, he retracted the statement.

The first sentence says that he's talking about opponents of gay marriage.

They ARE bigots, and he's a pussy for retracting the email.

This. Being an opponent of gay marriage DOES make them a bigot by the definition of the word.
