i was at my parents' house earlier today and my dad was watching a show (outer limits, i think) where those things were going in people's noses and turning them into zombies.

 

So glad I don't have t.v.

 

As far as am concerned like real African from Africa rght now but chating on Hip forum that great.

I believe it's a leopard slug - Limax maximus (literally, "great slug").

yepp, but the best thing is the sauce, anyway. Just dip your baguette into the garlic flavoured deliciousness and let Mr Snail roam away, playing in the woods with Mr. Sluggo .

I'm not a fan either. With the french border only a stone's throw away you can find them as appetizers in the better local restaurants. I prefer pate as appetizer.
