So in the process of 14 months, I went from this: (9 months pregnant, 137 lbs)

    To this: (119lbs)

By just doing Yoga, and nursing.
I didn't alter my diet except to eat healthier, I increased my calorie intake quite substantially, as I was also breastfeeding my little girl.
((Btw, I gave birth to a healthy 7lbs 4oz child via c-section, which cut straight through some of my lower abdominals...))

But she's over a year old and I'm right back to where I was post-baby! WhooHooo! :2thumbsup:

    Peace,

Thank you! I have always lost weight/built muscle easily. I was very surprised by how much I lost and how quickly. I was told I'd probably never have abs again because of the c-section. HA! Showed them! :p

Do you mind if I ask how your hands came to be that way? Just curious.

As well as being generally trim, that's an impressive lack of stretch marks.

    Several theories:

    1) (And most likely) my mother has a heart-shaped uterus, it was believed that I was tucked up into the 'curve' of the heart and my hands became embedded during the first few weeks when fingers and toes develop.
And yes, I have all ten toes. :)

    2) My mum worked as a Cardiac tech, in emergency at a big city hospital. It's possible she had done x-rays etc, not knowing she was pregnant and was affected by radiation.

The good news is, it's not hereditary and my little one has all her digits. :)

Yeah, somehow I got lucky about the stretch-marks, I have some on the underside of my breasts, but that's about it.
I also used a lot of "belly butter" and I think that helped quite a bit.

    Peace,
    - Flowermama

You look great!! Yoga does wonders, doesn't it? What kind of yoga do you practice and how often and for how long? I've been doing a yoga/Pilates fusion and it is really helping me get my tummy in better shape, I'm not where you are though,,,,but working at it!!
