:daisy:If anyone would like to share the thoughts you might like to think during the harder days, or what you remind yourself in the mornings to keep yourself at peace, etc.

None of it matters in the end so there's no use worrying about it.

Back in 1970, I got my first real job. The first year I delivered the mail at a community college and I realized that first thing in the morning, most people are not very happy. I got comments like: 'what's so good about the morning?'. So what I would do every morning before I went to work was to put this song on and play it really loud and it gave me inspiration . ---Cause you gotta be happy, and you gotta smile .....

May be good to approach from a broad perspective as well as day to day. Overall, doing the best I can with what I have in terms of abilities, support, experiences, and so on.

    Psychedelics periodically.

Day to day, give thanks for life and love, do some productive things (I'm retired, so not too much productive time - maybe 3-4 hours/day around the house, baking, gardening, whatnot). Spend time with my wife. Have a bowl. Avoid contentious internet forums, TV, people who bring me down.

I'm getting more and more into baking. For Thanksgiving I baked a pecan pie, a pecan/chocolate pie, coconut pie, coconut/chocolate pie, cherry pie (home canned cherries), and chocolate torte. Tomorrow or the next day I'll bake a pumpkin pie and an apple pie. I give most of this stuff away.

Every day is a clean slate, a second chance at the day before it. You are always loved by someone, and there is always some happiness waiting for you somewhere, even if you haven't found it yet. :)

Smoke and browse the Internet 4 every good deeds and miracles. Then take the time to remember everything that love has done for you. Weather it is a stranger love , A child love, God Buddha or whoever you believe in love . There's always something in your life where you can find that it was love that made that happen big and small. Power to the people, we are heroes, one love and unity
