how do you turn the volume down

on an ipod


i cant figure it out and my ears about to pop off and run away

 

I'd guess the volume control would do it....

 

well if i could find that i would use it


its not on the outside and it's nowhere in the menu!

i see the little volume icon by the song thats playing but i cant figure out how to get to it

You see the circle thing, that has all the controls and stuff, well run your finger softly to the left, on the grey circle pad thing. Or something like that, i duno, that mite change the song.

you put your thumb on the gray circle and and "turn" counter-clockwise.(once the song is playing, that is)

 

Touch the wheel while you are looking at the song you are playing, it will change the volume up clockwise, and lower counter clockwise.
