I think the t.v. programs are made up . What real restaurant manager would go up to a costurmer that did not like the food and tell them get the f*** out . Of course his shows are completely fake... and stupid.

 

I've never heard him go up to a customer and say: "Get the f*** out" - I've heard him be really rude to owners. They ok the footage to be used, so can't be that upset.

 

'scenes were added for entertainment purposes' - absolutely. It does add drama to what could be a very boring process, though.

What I stated was that on at least one show a manager did . Any one that has that kind of job knows you dont handle a problem like that in that way. It might be that these people just dont know how to run a busness . If I saw a manager behaving like that to another costomer I would never eat at that place again . desert rat

Sorry. I wasn't trying to misrepresent your point. I thought you were talking about Gordon. If it was in the show Gordon troubleshoots failing business' - then showing the manager disrespect a customer was the whole point. They don't know how to run a business. They need to improve. I imagine they blurred out the customers face - so it was probably meant to represent the managers failings.

 

I can only tolerate him in one of his British shows

 

i read he opened new restaurant in New York , fired the head chef after a few weeks,but this head chef then went on to open another restaurant and made a success of it.

No revenge like success!

 

why should i give a flying fuck. he's just another boring bit of whatever on the idiot box. i mean, to be fair, he probably does things that are cool and all. my point being rather that i watch youtube to see trains, especially the little people sized ones that i love, furrys, and artistic amateur animation. screw corporate media and the horse it rode in on.
