Well, it is really badly written, and localities can still nix retail, etc in their limits. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into a red tape morass for the goodie makers.
It's already a morass with limits on possession..... you can still own a big-rig full of budweiser. Just sayin'. But it's a step, and really, a pretty huge step. It bitchslaps the federal government. Haaaaard.
Orison, That image made me think that Coors could get some sales by going into the infused beer market. And Bandits would be driving alllllllllllll over with it. Ya know, because the Coors family is dripping with money and DUIs.
There are allot of people here in CO that are SUPER pissed this passed. All they can talk about is how happy they will be when the feds come in to ruin the "dopers party". Reefer Madness is alive and well apparently. This was also on the ballot in 2006 but it was rejected something like 52% to 48% it was close. Good to see the difference a few years can make. I think I am going to pack a celebratory bowl.
ION television has been airing Smokey and the Bandit every other night for the past 6 months.. :2thumbsup:
