Did CO legalize personal use today?

    I think so.
    Cuerli is usually conservative with projections, and is right more often than wrong, but he says Colorado amendment 64 should pass tonight.

    I'm especially curious about the wording for industrial hemp.

    In Colorado, an amendment directs the legislature to do the people's will. They are in session January to May. So, they will have to move on this next spring.

    I'm cautious about the allowance for municipalities to say no to sales in their jurisdictions. It was rather sticky for MMJ.

    Yes!! I live in Colorado!! I can't believe it. This was my first time voting and I affected the course of world history! No intent of bragging or anything stupid, I just can't believe I got to vote for such an issue and be in one of the first places in the world to completely legalize it!

    I'm also hoping it will boost tourism! Yes man, I think you can come and visit and legally enjoy this world! I don't expect it to actually be easy to obtain legally for another few months. DEA can still get involved, and they'll be more attracted to big producers of this new industry
