No shoes No shirt No Service There are some very nicely done but yet disturbing tatt's out there. And most people will cover them up in the right situation's. This should have been that situation, going to a kids outing. Makes me wonder what would happen if she went to Disneyworld...
If she exposed that pornographic filth to my son I would not only have her thrown out. I would make sure she got charged or I would sue he disgusting ass for damage/corruption of a minor. At a kids park? Seriously? What a piece of fucking trash!
I shown that picture to 3 people that didnt even get it, til I pointed it out to them. Adults that looked at it at a glance.. Im not sure about 2foot peoples, cause I take 2foot peoples to hunt shrooms and they see everything.. just saying,.
the tinkerbell tat is probably the hottest and funniest tattoo that I've ever seen. your friend is clearly wrong however. no one has a legal or moral right to display sexually explicit images in plain view to children on private property against the wishes of the property owner. they also gave her her money back, according to the article. not many people are going to side with your friend
The images are mildly amusing, but very clearly not acceptable to have out around other's kids. The "kids see way worse nowadays" argument holds no water. I don't approve of many things that YOUR kids (or HER kids) might see, but MY kids sure don't see worse. Even so, that would be like the fire safe cig argument, that smokers have given up their right to be health conscious. Bull. Not something children should see, and if she can't see why, she should be kicked the fuck out.... Don't care if it's "original artwork" from the 40's, doesn't make it any more okay. It has nothing to do with tattoos, it's what the tattoo is of. Just because they have an explicit policy against profane shirts doesn't mean they have no right to approach her about having tinkerbell fucking a lightswitch and peter jackin' it out for all the little kids to see.
Those saying that they are discriminating against just the ink itself are missing the point. It's not the ink that they found offensive, as many others have pointed out. The fact is that the tattoo design is showing explicit material at a privately owned childrens park. They are in their full right to deny service to someone who is offending other patrons due to a sexuality issue. If the other patrons were taking offense just to the fact that she had tattoo ink on her legs, then there's not much they could do about it. It's the fact that Peter is jacking and Tinker is getting off that cause the issues. She wasn't at a night club... common sense should have told her she was in the wrong. If you're going to put something offensive on your body for the word to see, don't be surprised when people get offended. Wasn't that the point? Grow up and cover up if you don't want things to be an issue. And reading replies to that article, it looks like your friend is the ONLY one who thinks that it shouldn't be a problem. Everyone else is making comments about how in the wrong she was. Quite a few don't even understand how she could have even thought it'd be acceptable. She should have known better... Anyways...
those will look great when she is 65 and they are throwing her out of the seniors early bird special at the holiday inn
If the parents complained because their kids were becoming disturbed, then that's all that matters. There's no 'right' in this situation, except what the company wants.
They were at lego land...if your kids are looking at the legs of someone else rather than the ridiculous amounts of fun stuff around them then its their own fault for seeing it. I have 2 children, 2 girls, both only young, but i wouldn't care if they saw it or not. If they saw it and asked questions about it then as a parent you should be able to explain it to them and be open.
As a parent you SHOULD be able to explain to your kids that a lot of people have piss-poor taste, and be open.... But you should NOT have to, simply because somebody is very dis-respectful and feels entitled to show inappropriate things to your kids without your permission.
How can we teach our children to express themselves if we were all to think like this about another's decision. If we don't see people like this then how will the subjects come up? they wouldn't and then we wouldn't have the chance to explain to our children. Children thrive on learning new things about something they have seen, they love to be able to put 2 and 2 together and make the situation real.
