I often decide not to make a post

for 2 reasons

1 not worth posting about


2 worth posting about, but not worth the giant pissing battle that will ensue

 

3. (related to 2 above^^^) I don't like stirring a hornets nest unless I have to...

 

I do that a lot too. I'll have this whole fucken essay typed up on here than be like fuck it and click hip forums home lol and never post it

 

I have resolved NEVER to post in another thread that features Dejavu and thedope...........

 

sometimes during the day I think of something to post but by the time I get home I forget what it is lol

LOL, wow you even mention their usernames, maybe i should do the same thing as well.

i often type up long replies because some poster is being a total jackass, but then i post it, and go back later and delete some of it, or i just re-write the whole thing because i dont want to look like a bigger jackass that the poster who the message was intended for.

I often do the same... and sometimes I post it anyway and regret it later.

 

i tend to have trouble giving enough of a fuck about the topic to bother mostly, and/or dont have anything worth adding, and/or too lazy or high to bother typing.
If i posted everything that came to mind then i would have wayy more stupid posts if you can believe that.
Btw i wonder who had the very first online pissing battle and what it was about haha food for thought.

 

I tend to ignore their insanity now and post around them in response to the drop-in comments of others.

I don't post if thoughts are well ordered and complete. My view is not important, the one we share is.

Just a friendly note, you are culpable only to your own statements, but if if your
statements are without substance, then you end up with your foot in mouth, there being no ground to stand on. I am already half way to resolving your dissolve as low and behold, we are featured together in this thread.

 

I agree with these reasons. Another reason is that I don't have a clue what some people here are talking about.

And I stay away from threads that are taken over by two or more people arguing about stuff that they have posted dozens (hundreds?) of times on other threads. Usually they have taken the thread way off topic. Sometimes I think that there should be a separate forum for those who want to fight all the time and just let them at it. :2thumbsup:

 

Life is short, I would find full value rather than trade opinion. I just don't agree that we are unknowable, albeit we may deduce from your post, I just don't get it, we are full of mystery and wonder.
