Denver joins Boulder in dropping pending possession cases which would be legal under Amend 64. Slowly but surely progress is happening.

 

I like the idea of colorado have it legal. But its makes for a bitch to get it out of there now. All the cops will have their probable cause etc and start stopping and wasting peoples time.

But its cool to know i can always jump in a car and 12 hours later be chilling in colorado smoking he best of the best bud.

 

Cops will have no more probable cause than there currently is. That being said I have been pulled over in Kansas because of my Colorado plates...they made up a story about somebody in a car that matched mine's description, they didn't realize I had just gotten on the interstate and saw them with another car with CO plates pulled over which didn't fit the description they gave...I ended up getting out of there with no issues but it could of been bad for me.

There will be significant resistance and we will probably have to take a few steps back at times but generally we are moving forward.
