A thread to post pictures of your tattoos or share ideas of a tattoo you want in the future

I don't have any pictures of my wrist tattoos but ill upload them sometime this week. As for future tattoos, I am going in for a consultation for a half sleeve owl tattoo on my left arm. I also want an ankh cross tattoo on my right forearm. I hope to have these done by summer time.

 

In the future I plan of getting a tattoo of a film camera that becomes dear(my favorite) to me. A tattoo of this buddha sculpture:


And possibly a tattoo of Ajahn Chah:



Maybe a tattoo of farm animals and fish smiling, to show that Im vegetarian but that sounds silly.This is just me having fun with ideas. Ill probably only get the camera and buddha tattoo.

 

This is mine, although this isn't an updated version, its been ongoing for a while and has had a lot more done to it since this photo.... It now has much more defined shading and some pretty little detail put into the petals of the two roses, I am actually getting more done on this coming wednesday

 

That picture was taken the same day so it was still red from being done, it has no colour though and I doubt it ever will because I think it would ruin it

 

This is an idea for my next tat. It represents infinity.


I plan to put it below the AUM tat.

 

A tribal on my lower back or some chinese stuff on my arm.

 

I'm not sure ill go through with them but some ideas I've had are a tattoo of a layer of earth with 2 ayahuasca vines (maybe shrooms) coming out of it that turn into 2 DNA strands, that turn into 2 snakes and then they face each other at the top with fangs out at each other and a sun behind one of them and a moon behind the other.

Other idea is a guitar with flames surrounding it.

 

I plan on getting something in memory of my grandmom aka " mom mom but dont know where i'm going to put it yet

This is the next one my Girlfriend want to get on her right cafe .

 

Got my Mobius tat today. Put it on the arm with my past partners who have passed. Seemed more appropriate for an 'infinity' symbol.






BTW, he used black & white ink on this. (The red is me)
