    yeap. usually my neck cracks, and my breathing (sinus becomes more open) if Im stuffed up, i become unstuffed.

    I don't think it's a habit, but right after if it's a good session I like to take a relaxing nap?

    I'll hold off on an orgasm for as long as possible. I'll put myself right on the edge of release and resist completion for a long time. This wilk make my orgasm so much more intense. At the actual moment od release I'll relax my entire body, just go absolutely limp. This will allow me to experience the orgasm much more thoroughly. I've read taking breaths from deep inside your lungs will help but I haven't tried it. I have noticed that making the beginning of the orgasm long as possible will make it much better. Hope I helped!

    It cures a case of hiccups.


    Other than that I don't think there's a pattern.

    Sometimes I get sleepy, other times I get an energy surge and can't sleep.

    Diet and cardiovascular exercise play a huge role, as do kegel exercises. Also when I reduce my intake of meat (excluding fish), and increase my variety of organic fruits and veggies the orgasms become stronger (variety of foods needed).

    Breathing and edging can also make the orgasm longer and more intense as well.

    My breathing becomes shallow, my tummy clenches from the inside and wobbles a bit on the outside, the I roll over, lick my fingers and thank God or whoever that I don't have to wipe semen off something.
