Mad at partner for masturbating?

Has anyone ever gotten upset or mad about there partner masturbating alone?

 

I'm having a hard time imagining why someone would be upset or mad about a partner masturbating alone. Can you perhaps explain that one?

Is your partner supposed to be devoid of fantasy?

I think over the years(having kids) stress our sex life died down. Years have passed with a dull low sex life. After yers of trying to change things I'ven up! My wife seen me and seemed upset like something was wrong with me or what I was doing. What should I think??

 

You could try talking to her about it.

There is a difference between boring and great sex. Before we had kids it was great, now.... Crap! If I talk about it it'll turn into a all out fight! Lol I'm lost!!!

 

Well if you can't even have a conversation with her about it there isn't much you can do. Sounds like you don't have a very good relationship, and this particular 'problem' is only the tip of the iceberg. You're gonna need more than opinions from HipForums posters, I'm afraid.

 

My girlfriend doesn't care. Hell, she texted me today wanting to hang out, told her that I was jerking it and asked if it was cool if we waited until after I was done. She didn't care.

I wouldn't be mad at my partner for masturbating alone like I wouldn't be mad if he took his meal alone. Yeah, its great together, but if if you do it by yourself, then by all means, that's fine too.

I can only get so much from an online post, but perhaps she just felt 'left out'? Or is she 'weird' about masturbation?

It only bothers me when I'm trying to spend some quality, non-sex, time with him and I look over and he's got his hand in his pants. LOL.

 

I don't see why someone would be upset if they were masturbating alone.. Now, masturbating with someone else... That could be considered cheating..

Although, if they don't touch each other, and are only in the same room, isn't it sort of like masturbating to high definition 3D masturbation videos online?

nah doesnt bother my wife if i do and it doesnt bother me if she does. But then, we still have a really good and active sex life as well.

I don't understand why some people take masturbation personally/so seriously. Just because you're in a relationship doesn't make you devoid of needs and desires. If anything you can use it as something to bring you together instead of divide. Like giving your partner a toy, or inspiration, or something to think of you.
