my name is ethan, i'm a freshman in college, and i've been seeking a commune for a little while now. i know it's how i need to live my life. this whole western society isn't resting to easy on my soul. i've been looking more and more into these last many months, and i just read this thread! i see that there is a college 15 minutes from where you are!! that's fantastic. is there room in the commune for another kindred spirit? maybe even for a summer, to check it out a bit. i'm a hard worker, very pleasant and easy going. never a bad vibe come ol' ethan =).

 

yes. definitely there is room. we only have a few people signed on right now, and they are all basically volunteers at this point. hopefully you understand that we are just starting the construction. building is set to begin at the first of the year. there is nothing on the property right now except trees. when do you want to come? we would love to have you thru the winter for help building and getting to know each other. morea and I both go to the community college and some of our friends that are helping go there as well. what are you studying? i am in the horticulture program and if that interests you it is a great program. we have 4 greenhouses and 2 shadehouses at the school and are setting up more next semester. school starts back jan 26th.
