Chocolate and Nut Cookies Recipe

Chocolate and Nut Cookies -

preheat oven to 160 degrees

70g castor sugar
70g demorara (not sure how to spell it) sugar
120g butter

cream together

add one egg and mix

then add 60g of white chocolate and 60g of normal chocolate (roughly chopped)
add 60g chopped hazelnuts (or any other kind depending on preferance, and as much or little as u like, doesn't have to be full 60g)

add 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
140g flour
make into dough-ish consistency and drop onto baking sheet.

i'm not too sure how many minutes it'll cook in. just keep checking every 5 mins i guess.
