Actually I usually order off the senior menu at Denny's so it is medium size. At home I eat far less.
Breakfast is kind of like my supper, though I eat breakfast food anyway when I get home from work in the morning. I pretty much have the same thing everyday: 3-4 eggs, an apple, pineapple and/or berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.), and two big scoops of coconut oil, which I eat straight from the jar. Sometimes I will eat a yogurt.
Coconut oil right from the jar? I don't think I could handle the texture lol. I put mine in my morning smoothie.
At home I eat v little for breakfast. Probably a fair bit of protein if I'm training. If I miss it, I lose work concentration at 11am. If I'm at a hotel I might have a big buffet breakfast and miss lunch (as its included in the room rate). Hotel breakfasts in Europe tend to be very good, often better than dinners infact. Being tight, I think "why should I subsidise the fatbxxxards who are eating a mountain"
Oh right. I have 2 breakfasts every day.At 6.45am I have coffee and cinammon biscuits. At 9.15ish on returning home I have cereal or croissants or muffins or something.
Yes, yes it is.... If I'm making my own breakfast, maybe something medium-sized and fried.... AFTER coffee. If I'm eating somewhere, I'm always a glutton, no matter what meal it is. Now I want coffee. But I'm trying to stay a bit cut-back on caffeine.
