Here in Indiana most places frown on barefeet but at the library on the campus of Indiana University Purdue University I've never had a problem. In fact I sometimes see others remove their footwear and enjoy the sensations. Here's a little video of a student that caught my eye while I was studying http://youtu.be/2AZXyGKK7N8
because you filmed a persons feet without their knowledge...could even be a crime...not cool and when i become dean ,shoes will be mandatory
she would have caught my eye too, but not because she's barefoot. rather, because she's clearly inviting you to come up behind her and have some actual fun in the library.
gimme a break plz. theres no way telling who is she so where lies the privacy concern. also, public behavior is, well, public. and had the significant body part been, say, hands, no one would perceive this thing as creepy. i think feet are constantly overloaded with extra meanings. am i wrong ?
At this particular library they film and take photographs all of the time in fact there is sign posted informing the patrons of such. Usually it's the college access or the campus newspaper but I think you get the idea. I guess in our society we look to demonize any and everything.
