Hey forum members i've smoked salvia for like 2years ok it's interesting lots of different stuff happen but the trips itself seems pointles just random stuff for 10 20 minutes.. Nothing compared to a LSD Shroom mesc.... experience whats purpose of salvia! Is there something in it did i miss tell me some good reasons for me to look in to it again:sunny:
The point of Salvia Divinorum is to explore those amazing otherworldly dimensions of the mind, reality and perception, it is extremely abstract and more akin to DMT (which I just saw you post about in another thread) than the psychedelics you mentioned here. There is something wholly unique about Salvia which attracts me to it, it's the curveball of entheogens. Those psychedelics you have listed there all seem close to the same plane of experience, Salvia Divinorum often seems on some completely impossible different plane. I can't deny Salvia Divinorum often does leave me confused in many respects as well but I find myself in awe of the experience quite often. It's not the type of experience where I can break it down to an inventory of my inner desires, thoughts, emotions and subconscious processess, Salvia Divinorum is more elusive than that. However I feel I learn from Salvia trips too but often it's during the post integration process rather than realizations spawning during the peak. One way I have been able to process the Salvia Divinorum trip easier is smoking Salvia at the end of the MDMA experience, I find this also extends the duration of the Salvia trip as well. Perhaps this works with Mescaline as well but most other psychedelics I've used in combo with Salvia have been fairly harsh trips for me. The mystery of Salvia Divinorum is compelling to me. The trip speaks for itself (sometimes literally ) and the fact it's the most potent naturally occurring psychoactive and the only Hallucinogenic member of the Salvia genus of plants adds to the mystique.
