So ive been smoking this real dank lately and have been noticing a tightness in the chest, short of breath like. Also yawning alot lol. Been thinkin its oxygen related, anyone got a theory? I definitely notice pain in my chest breathing in very deep (not smokin just breathing)
doesnt sound good. i would cut back for awhile, if not completely, then at least on the dank stuff. yawning is to increase oxygen, so noticing that as a problem seems important. do you have a cough? how much are you generally smoking? maybe you are coated with resin like a pipe. a good mild expectorant is bay leaf (just add one or two to steeping tea, fish out sharp pieces before drinking) or get something stronger, like tussin (looking for expectorant, NOT cough suppressant, NOT decongestant) and dont make any plans. if your lungs are full of shit, its got to come out. Blech. if there is any gurgling in your chest though, thats a sign of pneumonia. any other symptoms? where does your chest hurt? high/ low, inside/ outside. muscle pain, bone pain?
^ why lay off the dank stuff? obviously its probably a good idea to lay off cannabis entirely, but if you cant quite do that, I think the dank stuff would be a lot better for you simply because you can take a hit or two and be pretty ripped... whereas you could smoke a joint of some nasty ditch schwag and not be as high as you would off just a couple hits of some dank buds. the less smoke you have to inhale into your lungs, the better
well im not coughing (when im NOT smokin hah) or any pneumonia or chest cold kinda thing. more like "resinated" really, cause im mostly smokin pure dank joints nowdays. And my cardio's good bro. Good tip about bay leaves! i use them in cooking to give a savory taste but thats really cool they are expectorant!
....take a month break, at least. You need a proper chest cold, so you make a bunch of phlegm and caugh that shit up. Your lungs are full of fucking tar, is why. You're smoking.... Maybe you could vaporize if you're too sad to just not smoke for a while...
Try vaping and see if you still get pains, if not then you know it's just the smoke... If it still hurts after vaping, it could very well be some sort of anxiety from weed, other than that i don't know i'd get go see some professional help rather than here
Nah i think i was just hella stoned when i wrote this thing and sorta buggin myself out thinking something wrong with me? Haven't noticed the symptoms as much lately anyways. Switched from joints to a pipe today, gonna see if i notice a difference?
