yoga poses

    Years of over-stimulating my third eye have made my root substantially week. now meditation is highly difficult without using my third eye 2 much. does anyone know any good poses to strengthen my root alone?

    Surya Namaskaras, also there are Chandra Namaskaras. Don't do hand stands. But ploughs are okay as part of routine. Half inverted poses actually flush blood backwards which loosens up blockages throughout whole body.

    Best to see whole body and work with wholeness. Better than swinging from one aspect of personality to another. Stay whole, balanced, and mighty.

    Is it possible to overstimulate your third eye?

    I feel like my third eye is overstimulated from things like too much pot and lsd. My visions aren't as clear as they once were.

    I didn't think it could be overstimulated, I just thought because of drugs I messed it up, but perhaps if it just overstimulated I could fix it by cutting back.

    Did you overstimulate yours through just plain meditation? Whats it like now when you go to your thrid eye?

    It decreases balance and produces manic phases. it also makes using you third eye very easy. it's difficult to balance your other chakras if one is to stimulated.
    your root chakra is a major contributor in balance.
    i overstimulated mine through exercising it to much while on psychedelics, so it was a combination of meditation and research.

    Perhaps one should check out some kundalini syndrome websites.
