I'm always told I look younger than my age. I avoid the Sun like the Plague. I don't drink much. And do try and look after myself with nutrition and special types of exercise -especially Eastern stuff. I've always seen "ageing" as an illness to to cured. Key to this is a broccoli smoothie in the morning, and drinking the blood of recently deceased albinos before bed. (I'm kidding a little bit there - broccoli tastes disgusting...)
I looked pretty good until about 65,then the 45 years I spent working in the sun roofing started to take its toll. I was in my 5os in my gallery pic,and don't hurt the eyes in it.
Some people do stuff for their skin. Lasers, peels, and creams. Alot of people's skin looks much better with hydration and circulation. I've seen people at 30 or even 20s who's skin looks terrible on occasion-esp if they do drugs and drink too much. Then I've seen people 50s, 60s and it looks really good. Either natural or after having stuff done.
People often think me younger than my age. Partially because I don't act like it and I don't have kids. Partially because, I still have the complexion of a hormonal teenage boy and nobody thinks old folks get acne like that. :/
Show us a picture and I am sure you will get some interesting feedback! I am lucky I guess to shock people when I tell them how old I am.. it makes me feel good in a lame old fart kinda way!
this is not how i pictured you at all. But it's nice to finally see who is sitting on the other side of the keyboard :2thumbsup:
i look young. I've been told I look 18 before. I guess most people probably think i'm in my early twenties. Everyone is usually very surprised when I tell them my age. Although after a night of drinking and smoking I do look pretty haggard. My significant other looks about 10 years younger too..I was alarmed at my attraction to him when I first met him because I thought he was 18 or 19 lol. I'm pretty sure people think we're teenage parents. odon - judging from the picture you posted, I would guess mid twenties
Age is totally a state of mine- when I was in my early 20's I was far more responsible no-one ever questioned my age in my 30's I am told I am ageless no one can put an age on me which I like- I was very responsible as a young child and it is like I have grown younger as I have got older. I am in my mid 30's and still get hormonal spots on my chin at times and I am told while you still get spots you don't get wrinkles and I have not one wrinkle to be seen. I see people my age and they do look older. I don't mind either looking older, although deep down I am glad I still wow people with my age. I feel although this past year I have aged shattering ankles and breaking legs having operations defo made me slow down and realize I needed to shift into the middle lane. Fast one was being prolonged - squeezed every last moment.. Just getting out the slow lane and not feeling 80 is a perk. You look fresh faced Odon, ready for what the world has to offer..:2thumbsup:
Have to give that one up sooner or later : / Thank You :sunny: You've made me feel like I have not been slaving away for the last twenty years
I look younger than my age and I don't like it! I'm 24, but people always think i'm between 18-20. I always get carded... I guess I'll like it when I get older, though.
