Known ailments: HPPD, manic depressant disorder, ADHD

Prior drug use: Regular cannabis smoker, binge psychedelic abuser, few occasions of benzo and opiate/opioid use in the past, binge abuse of dissociatives in the past. Occasional dissociative use, Weekly drinker.

Background knowledge: History of violence and social anxiety. No history of seizures.

I was directed by Dr. ***** of psychiatry to take straterra. I began on 18mg and increased the dose every 5 days, ending with 60mg. At 18-40mg, Straterra intensified dextromethorphan hbr, alcohol, caffeien, nicotine, and cannabis. At 60mg, It still intensified all of those things, and to a much greater extent; however, Even with 3 light beers there was a hangover that caused cold sweats and shakes that later lead to seizures. Cannabis alleviated these side effects.

    Straterra (brand name)
    Atometine (chemical name)
Does seem to have recreational value, but only as a synergetic; however, it inhibits the re-uptake of noradrenaline, which can be possibly fatal to mix with serotonergics, via serotonin syndrome. If you do decide to use this substance as a synergetic, I recommend having plenty of benzos on hand.
