Lets list all the things that are wrong with the USA.

Range is endless, domestic, foreign policy, war, anything you want. It is the most fucked up country!

 

No, North Korea is. What is your intention in doing this? Seems pretty pointless. Why not be constructive?

 

Not everything needs a purpose. This is a forum, where things are discussed, so lets discuss. And its not even a long shot.. statistics speak for themselves.. where would you like me to start?

 

The Democrat party.

The people that live there.

 

I'm just going to bullet point this really fast:

1) You are in a country where there are 32,000 gun murders a year, and the solution seems to be: More Guns, and the people seem to be okay with not banning handguns, ALTHOUGH confronted with incontrovertible evidence and logic.

2) Your foreign policy and irrational fear of communism have led to actions that have torn apart countries: Vietnam is just one example, bombing of Cambodia as part of that campaign to.

3) Medling in other government's domestic affairs as if you were some sort of international police. Arrogance. Chile, Iran, Panama, Guatemala, are just some examples.

4) Death penalty is still legal... that is hardly the mark of a developed country. Kill to teach that killing is wrong.

5) Military spending is irrational and is more than the next 30 or so countries combined... irrational fear once again.

6) Military intervention in the name of "freedom" and "democracy" to get oil for your country. Led to the complete destruction of a country that was completely fine, Iraq.

7) Hypocrisy about possession of nukes. Why should North Korea or Iran not have them, when the only country that has actually used them to kill hundreds of thousands can possess them unchallenged?

8) Domestically: Obesity rates, Crime rates, etc.. Your country is one that was built on the genocide, rape, and murder of an entire group of people, to only segregate and torture another one.

9)Illogical support of Israel. Billions of dollar in aid, cheap arms and weapons. Israel was once a strategic ally, but has now become a liability. It does not HELP with the war on terror, it is the reason for why the war on terror is happening. US support of Israel only gives bombers another reason to attack the US (American support of Israel was one of Bin Laden's reasons for 9/11). Support is now illogical and proves that your democratic system is dominated by the lobbies.

10) Arrogance to call yourself number 1: The USA is 7th in literacy, 27th in math 22nd in science, 49th in life expectancy, 178th in infant mortality, the list goes on and on. YOu lead the world only in three main categories: Number of prisoners per capita, defense spending, and number of people that believe that angels are real, as a percent.

11) Capitalist greed caused the world financial crisis. Deregulation for the sake of profit drove the market crazy, loands given to virtually anyone just because banks and real estate wanted to make money. Look where we are now.


You need more people like Chomsky, Michael Moore and MLK,man.

Too many people who swear that America is exceptional and think that criticisms are unpatriotic.

America isn't the worst place by far to live, however. We just have a shitty corrupt, mismanaged government and a populace that doesn't always have the most liberal, forward thinking attitude in the world.
