I don't think I saw any threads on new years resolutions. I'm going to document all the bad foods I eat.. the ones outside my scheduled diet. It won't take up my time having to do this, especially considering I rarely eat bad foods.

Of course I'll be hoping that it will be a small list, and I'll be able to draw conclusions as to why I give in. For example, instead of getting pleasure out of eating muffin, I'll be thinking of the pleasure of seeing a small list!!

I shall also limit myself to masturbate no more than 4 times a week

I don't really believe in New Years resolutions. However, I like to go into the new year with something in mind to tackle. Last year it was my health, which I managed to turn around in a matter of only a few months with some strict and stringent lifestyle changes. This year, I really need to make some concrete decisions regarding the actions I need to take to better my quality of life, which at the moment is not great. I really need to focus on my attitude and having a better outlook on things, because I think that holds me back in a lot of ways though it is hard to help sometimes being a realist.

    Same as this year.
    1) Don't kill myself.
    2) Don't kill anyone else.

setting impossible resolutions is the main reason so many resolutions fail.

i resolved many years ago not to make them. really for me, resolving to do anything seem to make it less likely to happen.

there are a number of things i need and hope to get done as soon as every day business gets back to usual.
just things that remain pending because of my recent move that was to a different state then where i have previously been living.
renewing my i.d. for the state where i now live, registering to vote here, that sort of thing. nothing "life changing" or any of that.
