yes, this is a problem for me too, so I have to hold my penis out of the water while sitting.

And I am large (7 3/4" erect) but not too much above average so I am guessing that there may be certain models of toilets where this is a problem.

 

I Just Did A Quick Check, And Unless Toilets Differ From Country

To Country, There Is At Least 10 inches Clearence Between The

Average Dick And Water Level....

i have had this problem too a couple of times. unfortunately, it only seems to happen in public toilets. pretty gross.

It seems to be even more of a problem with the metal toilets in jails...the water is too high
