I remember this. That area was where I was going to move to a while ago so that's how I found it. Definitely believe that the gov tests stuff on the population. Schools are a good idea because it can be explained as a flu or bug going around. There's plenty of incidents that can be found where the gov tested chemicals or sprayed stuff on us. Reminds me of chemtrails in a way.

It would be worthwhile looking at the age and gender of those afflicted by the twitching in LeRoy and other cases. It appears that most of those in the LeRoy incident were young women.
