First choice place to travel to??? (in the US)

We all dream of travelling EVERYWHERE. Some of us already have/are!

Well the point of this thread is for people to post where their FIRST choice (if that's too difficult feel free to list multiple choices) to travel would be (within the United States), that they HAVE NOT been to yet.

State? A specific town/city perhaps?
Why there? Anything else about this place/places?

... My hope is to spark conversation between members on different destinations (Exchanging info on places, recommendations to other destinations, or just convos sharing similar destinations/travel interests).

 

I want to visit Crater Lake National Park, and camp there for a week or two. I've seen pictures, and it looks like a beautiful place to visit.

 

Just looked up some pics. Looks awesome, even in winter with snow. I've actually never been to Oregon, but it's definetly on my checklist
