Is this healthy?

I have a friend who never masturbates. The only time he ejaculates is when he has sex. If he has not had sex in a long time, the semen comes out when he urinates. Is that healthy?

prostate fluid will release itself when its necessary. its partially a self modified organ that human can manipulate. maybe more so when bowel movements create pressure on the gland. but also from urination alone.

 

The other day while shaking my penis (as guys do) to remove excess urine after peeing, I got this horny feeling & kept shaking it & semen poured out without actual masturbating taking place. I presume this is the same way his friend's semen was made to be released as well.
