Alright, I have a desk that's opposite my bedroom door. Now I'm naturally paranoid. But at night I just can't help but feel like someone is standing there looking at me through the crack in the door. I feel like it's my sister all the time. She's naturally nosy, so is my dad but he's always downstairs. Anyone know what I can do to stop feeling this way? It isn't a detrimental, pressing issue but it's something that has begun to irritate me due to it happening everynight. I ruled out ghosts, people materializing on the other side of the door (just joking) and intruders. I think I'm just too paranoid for my own good. Though it is what makes me super observant. Anyone ever dealt with a feeling that someone is watching you through the crack in the door or a window yet you know there is no one there?

i suppose you could always hang a curtain over the door so nobody would be able to see through the crack even if they were there.

I haven't had the experience of being watched like that in my home.
But I have had a dream I was being watched. I woke up but It's still freaky.

to take your mind off it, rub your hands all over yourself. It should bring you back to Now.
