Alright, I have a desk that's opposite my bedroom door. Now I'm naturally paranoid. But at night I just can't help but feel like someone is standing there looking at me through the crack in the door. I feel like it's my sister all the time. She's naturally nosy, so is my dad but he's always downstairs. Anyone know what I can do to stop feeling this way? It isn't a detrimental, pressing issue but it's something that has begun to irritate me due to it happening everynight. I ruled out ghosts, people materializing on the other side of the door (just joking) and intruders. I think I'm just too paranoid for my own good. Though it is what makes me super observant. Anyone ever dealt with a feeling that someone is watching you through the crack in the door or a window yet you know there is no one there?
i suppose you could always hang a curtain over the door so nobody would be able to see through the crack even if they were there.
I haven't had the experience of being watched like that in my home. But I have had a dream I was being watched. I woke up but It's still freaky. to take your mind off it, rub your hands all over yourself. It should bring you back to Now.
It's all in your head. DUHHH. LOL In all seriousness. Good luck. Hope you can overcome your paranoia.
