What are the most common compounds of E/XTC/whatever you call it? I understand that it´s up to the manufacturer to decide, but is there like a "main recipe" or anything like that? I´ve felt that there have been more "visuals" to most of the E I´ve taken; not really incredibly trippy hallucinations, but more than just vibrant colors. The "pictures" really pop out, and in a dark room with just a small amount of lights, I saw patterns floating around all of a sudden. When taking pure MDMA, I´ve never really experienced visuals, not even on a pretty high dose. After trying each a few times now, I think I´m pretty sure I prefer E. MDMA hits me so hard (even on lower doses), and I find it easier to control myself on E, it just feels smoother. But then again, It is worrying not to know what you put in yourself. I´m guessing, some of the visuals I´ve experienced on E could be explained by random RC-drugs? Any thoughts? Thanks!
The visuals could be MDA and not MDMA. Often times, when making MDMA you will first have MDA and that takes another step to get to MDMA. it is not uncommon for a small amount of MDA to be left over. Or sometimes MDA is made on purpose, many people like it. It is also possible for MDMA to be visual for some people, but this is much more common with MDA. Pills usually have MDMA and some combination of caffeine or other amphetamines. RC's are used too like you mentioned. But I have heard from some friends in Europe that there is a shortage of precursors chemicals right now, so the quality of your pills may not be as good as it would have been a year ago. In other words pills possibly will be cut with more dangerous chemicals.

I am one of those that often gets visuals from pure MDMA at ~250 mgs range, which is usually around where I dose. The bulk of my experiences with E pills was a few years ago and the common adulterants changed quite a bit over the years from when I started taking Ecstasy to about 2010 when I slowed down taking pills. I'll tell you some of the more common adulterants I've heard of. First off I'll mention MDMA can be the only psychoactive compound in an E pill. Now the pill may need binders and perhaps some inert filler but experiential wise this experience should be no different than pure MDMA powder. I'll break up common adulterants into a few sections, realize MDMA can exhibit these effects for various people or even the same person but it can be used as a general reference.
