What are some ways of storing a vile of liquid without using a refrigerator? I want to be able to keep the temp of the vile as far below room temp as possible and cannot use my fridge.

Cool, dark spot. In an air conditioned room.

is there any way to keep it cooler than that? I could be storing this for up to a year and my house has strong heating. Ice packs? Anything like that?

Put it in a drawer in a dark room, like your closet or something. If you really want it cold without a refrigerator, you could bury it, but that might be overkill a bit. Acid seems to stay good longer than you would think.

Would it be safe to keep a vile outside? i wouldn't want to bury it, exactly, but maybe in a ziplock, in a box and hidden somewhere good/protected from rain? Would that be alrite? Would there be anything that could damage the liquid or its potency?

i would include some silica gel packets or some sort of desiccant to soak up any moisture. maybe a basement or crawl-space would be better?

Leaving it outside would be risky...Make sure it's in a place where it won't be lost, broken, blown away by wind etc.

I have kept a vile at room temperature in the dark for several months and it still worked. In my experience the main thing to degrade LSD is oxygen. Heat and light can affect it allot too though. The colder you can get it the better.

By the way make sure you save the empty vile, the stuff left on the inside can be a STRONG trip.

Get a helium balloon. Empty some of its contents into an upside down sealable container like a pill bottle. Set hits on the lid and close it up. Helium is a noble gas and so would likely preserve it very well.

Wait... you said liquid. Spray the helium into the vial so the liquid touches only helium gas.

    ^^

    Will preserve it very well.

Upside-down glass jar in a dark cupboard would preserve it very well.

Okay. At this point I think Ill prob just put the vile in a ziplock bag, put that in a pill bottle and put that in a thermos with bags of ice in it/change the bags as they melt. Would the ice thing be dangerous because of moisture?

Why does the glass jar have to be upside down?

So the helium goes in it and doesn't escape.

Helium is lighter than normal air - so it will rise.

Hold jar upside down above balloon - open balloon - helium will replace air.
