searching for a place to go

Hello, I'm new to the site and I'm hoping someone on here might be able to point me in a good direction. I'm trying to find an oganic lifestyle community out west toward Arizona would be wonderful but I'm having trouble finding places online to do research. I fear without proper knowledge i might end up in a cult or something when all i want to do is live an oganic lifestyle somewhere I've never been before.

Also I was wondering how do the communities work? Do you live on a farm and work in exchange for food and shelter or do you have to work an outside job to afford rent?

Any information or links to information would be highly appriciated.

Try the "help exchange" I don't have the web address but a simple search should yield some results. They list organic and non organic farms world wide that you can go and live on in exchange for work. Many of them only have a few spots available so you have to apply.
