After you have had an orgasm, does it take you a few minutes or a more for your body to start to go back to a normal rest & breathing mode again after it?
My wife told me the otherday, that I tend to go to sleep reasonably easy after having sex, but she said she takes longer to get back to normal mode before she's able to feel restful & feels like going to sleep.

Does this happen with some or most of you?

    Everyone is different.

Most of my twiddle sessions are solo, in bed after lights out.

I twiddle, orgasm, roll and am asleep withing minutes.

Far, far better than sleeping pills.

It depends. Sometimes they're really intense and it does take a while to calm down. Other times I can go straight to sleep

Sex and masturbation usually wake me up. For example, every time I'm tired in the morning, me and my girlfriend just have sex. It's much better than coffee :')
But at night time when I'm already very tired, if I masturbate or have sex resulting in an orgasm, usually I can sleep relatively normally- I just need my bed time cigarette before I can sleep. To be honest, not having my cigarette affects me far more than orgasms do.

When I'm solo, I got right to sleep. But if I achieve orgasm during intercourse or with a partner at all, I just want to get out of there and into my own sleeping space to snooze. Don't know why.
