What do you suspect the motive for such behavior would be since this is an anonmyous forum? I could fool someone all day long on an anomonyous forum about where I live. What would be gained by that? S/he could have used a spell checker.
The best thing to do is treat the poster any way you like, and let everybody else do the same - rather than try an over analyse. Some people are a little sensitive about being fooled. (S/he could have used a spell checker.) A spell checker won't tell you when to use environment or environmental.
the first post was a pretend post by the op faking bad grammar..the first post was composed to look like a person using english as a second language...but they go on to make more posts without the inflection or broken english in the op...all of sudden their spellchecker learned proper english but instead of many mistakes there is only a few??........come on....it is deceptive at the least...who the fuck knows why one would do that ?

1. weed is illegal in china but I know a few people will try a little. For most of Chinese, having weed equal to having heroin, which are all forbidden and considered as hard drug. Recently, I discussed this topic with my roommate who is a Swiss and have had weed for fun. He explain a lot for the hazardous of weed comparing to other drugs, which implies weed have smaller hazardous than cigarette because it wont cause one chemical component in brain to make people addicted. Frankly, I still doubt about it. As for alcohol, this is the essence of Chinese social convention. Roughly, we can say no alcohol no business. Alcohol is a culture in china and you have to know it well especially when you want to work in business or govt even though you may not feel comfortable with this culture. Marijuana isn't bad for you at all. A lot of artists (some would argue most) smoke it in the United States. I listened to a lot of pipa music over the last couple of days, it's really beautiful and unique, definitely different than western classical but some common musical traits are there.
