It's such a strange Idea, that I truly wonder.. I feel that if one decides to open themselves up, surrender to another energy then they can feel it. Weather Good or Bad or whatever.. Then when one feels uninterested or whatever they can simply shut that door. Like the teachings of feeling "Gods Love. Or divine love.. just opening up and letting it flow through... Or maybe it's just a way the mind works, a way to practice these things... ..Oh how I wonder if the imagination and dream world is connected much like our physical world... ...Just Ideas ya know
I think that if people are connected in some way, not necessarily that they have met, but connected, there can be a sense of "feeling" an energy. I don't think that energy depends on the mode of generation/transmission. I've done ecstatic healing dance for people, but they don't always get what is going on, only that something good is on its way.
I believe that some people leave themselves open to receiving energy. I think that's probably the natural state and that you have to make a conscious effort, that can become second nature once learned, to shield yourself from the energy of others. Otherwise, you're liable to become bombarded with energy you don't want. I only open myself to consciously receive the energy I want to have shared with me. Anything else bounces off me.
