It usually happens with me after sex or nocturnal emission. I feel too much headache, almost for a day, when I have sex and/or NE twice a week. WHat is it and how can I get rid of it? Is it because of weekness?

I were told by a co worker several years ago that sex was a good way to get rid of a head ache. It didnt work for me the next time I had sex thou. Blood was rushing from one part of body to the other.

Make sure to breathe during your "emissions." If you hold your breath the lack of oxygen to your brain can cause a pretty nasty headache. I know this from experience.

Some Hindu philosophers believe that an orgasm is a loss of life energy.

I think it could be dehydration. I've gotten what I call "Sex Hangover" after extended fuck sessions. After losing alot of fluid (Semen, Sweat, etc.) combined with standard exertion. It kind of feels like you spent the night before drinking. That's what usually causes a hangover too is not enough water.

Yeah I agree with Reverend, not enough water and lack of nutrients can give you a hangover like headache.

It could also be related to blood pressure as well, like sitting up to fast. But if you are really concerned go ask a Doctor, and check your cardiovascular health.

Details like how long the headache persists is important to know as well.
