Humans VS Animals

Do you really think that humans sometimes become worse than animals? I get this feeling so very often these days that I am inclined to think that perhaps animals are better than humans at times. What do you think? What is your take on this? Have you ever gone thorugh a similar situation where you thought like this? Please share?

 

I think we will always be animals ourselves. I think it is a pity how we and some other animals treat their habitat and other animals but it doesn't make us neccearily worse than animals who seem to do less harm. I mean is a beaver a worse animal than a bird because it makes dams? Some humans want to save whales, others want to keep killing them, does that make us bad as the human species in general?

 

I trust animals much more than I can trust most humans...

Almost all animals, lol.....(except snales, lizards, rhinos, pigs, lions, tigers, bears, wolves), lol........

 

I trust some people but not any piranha. I guess that makes them worse than humans?

 

Most probably, yes....

 

In contrary to popular belief, piranhas do not kill people.

 

So it is not as simply as humans vs. all animals I reckon.

 

Well, I don't really know them so I don't trust them yet either way

 

Then suggest another title for this thread,

 

it depends on what kind of answers you're looking for. an animal lover could go with "lassie vs hitler," while someone looking for humans to be better could go with "gandhi vs that bee that stung me last summer."

 

I just wonder how serious this thread was intended to be but we made it fun, lol......

Seriously though, we barely have compassion for one another so is there any surprise we treat other animals with the same disdain?
