Can you teach yourself how to orgasm from anal/prostate/rectal stimulation alone? If so are there any tips you guys can give me to speed the process up?

I just had my first one the other day. I've tried in the past, but never felt much or got hard from anal alone. This time, I just keep going. I started with a small plug, then a long but thin dildo, then a thick dildo. The latter was hurting as it sometimes does, so I switched back to the thin dildo.
