I have a few time but never know that they are until they happen. One time I dreamed a cat I gave to my sister got run over. She called me right after and told me what had happened. I dreamed I was touring my older sisters house before she bought it. I also dreamed a supervisor at a PCA job that I worked at, was going to set me up to fire me. She filled in for my supervisor who was on pregnancy leave. She did not succeed in firing me because I saved a brain injured mans life that week but she tried really hard to make me look bad to the company. The company sent me a letter of apology when I got fed up with her and quit. I had gotten the opportunity to travel with an artist and do Renaissance festivals. So I went from that job to a two year adventure selling and making things for festivals.
seems a long time since i had one ... then again some dreams take years and years before a reality accomodates them . i had a series of wolf dreams over about 30 years - then finally , whew , they caught me and ate me . the event was honored as a reality by some coyotes on the hunt , a deer , some tearfulness , and a flute singing to the rising of the sun . and knowing just how to be . in dreams , the sense of life seems at least three dreams long maybe five .
The only dream I've had that I'm aware of appearing precognitive was when I was eight years old. I was having a weird and very uncomfortable dream where streams of ants were crawling toward me in the air. It was so uncomfortable that I started waking up. Then at one point I was wide awake, but I was still seeing the streams of ants. This scared me bad. So I called out for my mom. She came into the room and turned on the light. Even with her there and the light blazing, I could still see the ants. She sat there and talked to me for a while. I told her about the ants and how they wouldn't go away. After talking for a while the ants finally did go away. So my mom left and turned off the light. Next thing I knew I was awoken by my mom's voice calling to me from the doorway. The sun was shining through the window. My mom said, "Look!" And she pointed at the floor. The hardwood floor of my bedroom was practically covered by four thick streams of ants, one stream from each corner of the room, converging on some walnut fragments I had left in the middle of the floor. There had been no ants there at all when my mom had come in the middle of the night and turned the light on.
I dreamt about the Egyptian revolution two weeks before it happened. I also dreamt that everyone in Egypt suddenly had cat faces though and that still hasn't happened.
