What river is that?

Its really strange.

 

Has anybody identified this river yet, Peri?

If not ... it's the River Shannon, isn't it? And if I;m not very much mistaken, those impressive fortifications are King John's castle in Limerick.

It is indeed the Shannon, well done! ...and you know more about those fortifications than me. I tend to avoid Limerick like the plague. Its not called 'Stab City' for nothing!! And there was me thinking this thread would never get off the ground ....teehee.

Actually, it was easy peasy.

Peri's picture has the name of a picture agency and a reference number ... so I just went to their site, searched that number, and lo and behold it told me what the picture was of!

 

Well done, you can post a new river now.

I can see this game isnt going to take off....which is unfortunate, I enjoyed it while it lasted!

 

i just figured out youre not seeing periless photos because they are linking them from a private album...only friends and smods can see them ..and the person who is posting them

 

Ooooh...interesting! I changed the album to public so hopefully they should show up now.
