Happy Groundhogs day and belated Brigets day

Well did the Groundhog see his shadow today? Lol

Yesterday was St. Bridget's day or as some call her Bride. It is also called Imbolc. She is a patroness of poetry, art, smithing and medicine.

I have been spending the day drawing.

 

He did because it was cloudy. We are having a snow event of some kind. Roads are messy. Getting a little tired of this 20F degree and below temperatures especially with the wind. Grace has had her walk so we are inside again where it is warm.

I think it's already spring here. It's supposed to be 64 degrees tomorrow.

 

On the Oregon coast instead of a groundhog we use 'Thomas the Train' because us Oregonians are super weird.

Yeah we have a blizzard here in Northern MN too. Some friends had a fender bender on their way here to pick up my son's dog. We needed dog sitters for tomorrows inspection. I gave them $60 for making it her in spite of the weather and the fender bender. Those are real friends.

You'd have to pay me a lot more tham $60 dollars to get me out in tomorrows blizzard. I'm just going sit in front of the fireplace, drink hot chocolate, and enjoy nature at its ferocious best
