Best and worst covers of all time

I only liked their Pink floyd tribute myself. But they were not the greatest nor the worst. Actually... same with the songs I posted above earlier. They are just entertaining covers. I really dig the Ancient cover of Black sabbath myself though.

Favorites are srv's instrumental version of hendrix's " little wing" And Devo's version of the stones " satisfaction" ..... Unfortunately, I know not how to post either one...sorry.

 

Juice Newton's rendition of Break It to Me Gently I like better than Brenda Lee's (I tend to prefer precedents & originals).

Jimi Hendrix's version of Bob Dylan's Like a Rolling Stone made me a Hendrix fan overnight (it took the Monterey version on DVD to do the trick). Something about JH on screen. Too bad I missed him in the flesh.

 

The Quincy Jones cover of Take 5 is just magic. George Benson dos a respectable cover of it as well.
