1. The Hipforums announces it first ever fundraiser. After nearly 30 years online, we must ask our members and guests to help support the website. Thanks to years of ongoing financial support of our members, advertisers and volunteer admin staff, we have been able to keep the forums alive.

Now we must ask for help as available funds have all been used for our Internet server and other fees.

We had about a half inch of snow, and hidden underneath on the roadways was pure ice. Of course I didn't find this out until I was attempting to come to a stop at the bottom of hill at a busy intersection and wound up skidding through a red light, doing a pretty decent curb check, sliding sideways across the intersection towards the curb on the other side of the road, barely missing 2 cars that were also sliding, then finally regaining control of my truck and pulling over to the side of the road, put on my hazards and confirmed that a little bit of poop did indeed exit my ass during the whole event.

No harm to me or the truck. Anti lock brakes don't work on ice.
