Trying to figure out if it was coke or MDMA

Ok so last night a bunch of friends and I bought "Mali" from a dude on a bus (I know sketch as hell but I was kinda drunk so I didn't give it a second thought.) It came in little offwhite rocks (about 6 of em) and we paid maybe 15 20 bucks for it.



We crushed the rocks up and did some lines (a couple of my friends who are problem nosebleaders just ate the stuff.) Now I've only done shrooms and acid before, so Im kinda new to these kinda drugs. I felt it in about 10 minutes. I was sitting on a couch and just got hit by a wrecking ball of pleasure. My entire face went numb and I couldn't keep my eyes open or fully extend my fingers... I just started babbling about how amazing I felt and how this is what heaven must be like. My friend started rubbing my pants, which felt amazing, but I didn't get the stereotypical "I wanna fucking hug everyone" that Ive heard comes from MDMA. After what FELT like 20 minutes (although my friends said I was "out for a while") I felt pretty normal again, I was still happy and content though and was just chatting with my other friend. I didn't sleep well last night and im pretty tired right now, but I dont feel super depressed or anything like that.



It didn't even occur to me that it might not have been MDMA until I realized
a) cocaine lasts a lot shorter than MDMA and

b) We all just wanted more, we were even debating calling the guy (he was hitting on one of my female friends so she had his number) at like 5:30 in the morning to buy more




I'm not feeling any kind of craving, and honestly it was a very fun experience... I'm mostly just wondering what I actually put into my body last night.




So people who are more knowledgable than me when it comes to this sort of thing... was it cocaine, crack, ecstasy, MDMA or what?

 

my parents always told me not to trust man made drugs.
shrooms: pick em, wash em, dry em eat em.
pot: pick it, trim it, cure it, smoke it.
even alcohol occurs naturally, but when humans mess with it, make it stronger etc, it becomes a risk.

i hope you find out what you put in your body, and i hope that in the future you consider the sanity of taking man-made drugs from strangers.

 

MDMA and ecstasy should be the same thing...

It sounds like MDMA especially since you bring up LSD and shroom comparisons however it could have been any number of Research Chemicals as well and the duration doesn't sound like MDMA, there are several chems that sort of emulate some effects of cocaine and MDMA, most notably cathinone drugs. So it's difficult to say for sure what you took.

 

Doesn't sound like mdma to me. The shortness and lack of loved up feeling ( which you definitely would have felt if it was mdma since you didn't have any sort of existing tolerance) is what leads me to believe it was Coke. could've turned out bad though, buying an unknown substance from a random dude. So at least you had fun!

 

It could have been MDMA. "Mali" sounds like he was saying "Molly", and you're not sure of what your dose was, plus the fact that snorting MDMA produces an inferior, amphetamine-like high, makes me think you got sold some "molly", and snorted a small amount of it. It could have felt like a "wreaking ball of pleasure" because you were drunk, it was 5 am, set/setting etc . . . I don't think it was coke, possibly some RC.

 

Maybe it was cocaine freebase?

Can anyone else back this up?
