Estimated Cost of Ultra Music Festival?

I may be attending Ultra Music festival, but I am unsure of how much money I will need. I have yet to get a ticket which is freaking me out big time, but excluding the 300$ ticket, how much money would you estimate that I would need? I was planning on bringing 700, which the majority would be for gas, food, and the hotel. Of course I am also trying to budget for some things like weed. Is this reasonable or not? We would probably leave from Paducah, Kentucky, which is roughly a sixteen hour drive.

 

I would say that 700$ is enough money to bring if you're paying for the hotel and gas yourself, but it is more than enough if other people are helping with expenses too. If you're calculating 150$ for gas and 100$ per night at a hotel (3 nights), that leaves you with $50 a day x5 days (including the 2 days driving time) for food etc. If you're sharing expenses with other people as well then you have nothing at all to worry about.

 

$700 sounds like enough to me, but can't be sure until you know how much your hotel is per night.
